Service Guidelines - Key Overview

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

All classes, workshops, events and private sessions must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Cancellation & 24-Hour Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the class, workshop or event is more than 48 hours away.

After this 24-hour period, bookings become non-refundable.

For regular classes:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class may be transferred to another class or credited to your account (where applicable).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

Different cancellation policies may apply to workshops, retreats or special events and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Health & Medical Responsibility

By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga and related wellness practices.

You are responsible for informing your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations before class begins.

Yoga is undertaken at your own risk. Please listen to your body, modify poses where needed, and rest whenever necessary.

Pregnancy Policy

Pregnant participants are very welcome to attend classes where appropriate.

Please note:

  • You must inform your teacher before participating in any class.

  • If you are pregnant, you should have approval from your healthcare provider before attending.

  • General yoga classes may not be suitable during pregnancy. Pregnancy-specific classes are recommended whenever possible.

  • You are responsible for modifying your practice according to your stage of pregnancy and your healthcare provider's advice.

The instructor reserves the right to advise against participation if a class is not suitable.

Postpartum Policy

Returning to yoga after birth should be done gradually and with appropriate medical clearance.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have been cleared by their doctor, midwife or women's health physiotherapist before returning to practice.

Please inform your teacher if you are postpartum so suitable modifications can be offered. Every recovery is unique, and you are encouraged to honour your body's individual healing process.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation is entirely at your own risk.

The instructor accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained during classes, workshops, events or while on the premises, except where required by law.

Changes & Cancellations

Classes, teachers, venues and schedules may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor, participants will be offered an alternative class, credit or refund.

Photography & Social Media

Occasionally photographs or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes. You will always be asked for your permission before any identifiable images are used. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your teacher know.
